Chloé
E-commerce
2024
Chloé is a French luxury fashion house renowned for timeless elegance and premium craftsmanship. Following my work leading Montblanc's Salesforce Commerce Cloud migration within Richemont Group, I was tasked with restyling and improving Chloé's e-commerce experience.
The Challenge Chloé's digital ecosystem was fragmented with inconsistent components across markets, unclear development handovers, and underutilised above-the-fold design. This compromised brand consistency and slowed iteration cycles.
My Role As lead product designer, I:
Created a comprehensive component library optimised for above-the-fold impact and responsive flexibility
Established design system governance with clear documentation, component properties, and states for seamless Salesforce integration
Iterated through 12+ variations per component, consolidating patterns and unifying styling across global markets
Optimised key journeys including My Account, Wishlist, and Checkout through usability reviews
Impact & Results Through analytics and A/B testing, we achieved:
+27% checkout completion rate via restructured forms and improved visual hierarchy
+34% wishlist usage through clearer CTAs and consistent component behaviour
-41% developer handover time with clear documentation and reduced rework
Key Outcomes This project elevated Chloé's digital expression to match its luxury identity whilst establishing a scalable design foundation. By unifying components, optimising journeys, and tracking data-driven outcomes, we delivered a smoother, more consistent, and commercially impactful e-commerce experience.
