Montblanc
UX/UI Design
2021 - 2025
Reimagining Montblanc's core digital experience to drive engagement and elevate brand perception.
Montblanc is a globally recognised luxury brand, part of the prestigious Richemont Group (alongside brands like Cartier), renowned for its exquisite writing instruments, watches, leather goods, and accessories that embody a legacy of craftsmanship and timeless design.
As a Senior UI/UX Product Designer, I led the redesign of key e-commerce experiences, including Product Detail Pages (PDPs), where I enhanced personalisation and introduced a sophisticated gallery scrolling with a fixed commerce area, elevating the luxury aesthetic and directly impacting conversion. I also led the digital experience for major campaigns, such as the 100 Years of Meisterstück, featuring an interactive timeline and a unique ink dissolve effect, and the Wes Anderson collaboration, which offered an immersive shoppable experience through visual hotspots. My contributions extended to optimizing the checkout flow, significantly reducing abandonment rates, and exploring innovative navigation concepts. Crucially, I played a relevant role in establishing the foundational Montblanc Design System and component library, a resource that subsequently inspired and informed design efforts across other Richemont brands.
